FY 2004 and FY 2005: Congressionally-Directed grantees submit final reports, annual reports (if applicable), and requests for a no-cost extension at this online Web site.

FY 2008 and FY 2009: Congressionally-directed grantees should contact their ED Program Officer for information on submitting Annual and Final performance reports. Reports for FY 2008 and FY 2009 grantees will be submitted through e-mail communications. However, no-cost extension requests should be submitted at this online Web site.

SUBMISSIONS:

Annual Reports: Annual progress reports are due October 31 of each year beginning in the next calendar year after the start date of your project. Note that an annual report is not expected for one-year projects or at the end of the final year of a multiyear project; the final report satisfies both requirements.

Final Report: The final report is due no later than ninety (90) days after the end date of the project.

No-Cost Extensions: No-cost extension requests should be submitted at this Web site no more than forty-five (45) days before the original end date of the project’s performance period. Each no-cost extension is limited to a maximum of one year from the current end date. NOTE: Extensions are no longer available to FY 2004 grantees.
