Annual Reports: Annual progress reports are due October 31 of each year beginning in the next calendar year after the start date of your project. Note that an annual report is not expected for one-year projects or at the end of the final year of a multiyear project; the final report satisfies both requirements.
Final Report: The final report is due no later than ninety (90) days after the end date of the project. Failure to submit a completed final report will lead to grant closure in non-compliance, which may jeopardize future funding opportunities.
No-Cost Extensions: No-cost extension requests should be submitted at this Web site no more than forty-five (45) days before the original end date of the project’s performance period. Each no-cost extension is limited to a maximum of one year from the current end date.
